<p>It was D&rsquo;Souza&rsquo;s interest in people that drew her to the camera. Having found success with pre-wedding and wedding shoots, parenthood made her rediscover childhood, and how blissful it was. &ldquo;I naturally gravitated towards taking photos of children,&rdquo; she recalls. &ldquo;Around this time, a lot of couples who I had photographed, had themselves become new parents, and reached out to me.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>
<p>This was, she says, the alchemy that led her to start taking family photographs. D&rsquo;Souza usually does hourly sessions, where she takes approximately 50 photos. She doesn&rsquo;t believe in taking &ldquo;posed shots&rdquo;. &nbsp;&ldquo;My way is more organic. I tell them, &lsquo;you just show me who you are.&rsquo;&rdquo;</p>
