Over the last five years, she has worked with over 200 women where she has been a part of their pregnancy journey.</p>
<p>Dwivedi offers a seven-session programme in childbirth education, that&rsquo;s also available online. It includes orienting mother&rsquo;s to pregnancy (what to expect and prepare for); labour (how it will look, and tips to cope with it; healthy birth practices, breathing techniques); role of partners; C section; postpartum; breastfeeding, and caring for the newborn.&nbsp;</p>
