Kaluva alias Vicky has been engaging kids and toddlers in a range of activities, including running, jumping, balancing, strength activities and gymnastics. Vicky was a judo player, before he joined trainer Rajesh Katwa around 15 years ago. &ldquo;Raju sir is the best in the industry and he coached me,&rdquo; he says. Vicky started his own practice after the lockdown. He teaches kids as young as two. His reason was simple&mdash;&ldquo;there were less activities for children.&rdquo; He also noticed that most kids were scared to catch a ball or throw/kick it while playing. His hour-long sessions aim to help children enjoy physical activities and make them more flexible. He helps kids learn to balance themselves better. He conducts classes at home and ends them with games such as hide-and-seek, tug-of-war and relay.
