Stack ‘em pancakes
This 2-ingredient is one that refuses to die, and for good reason. Mashy, sweet, and oddly satisfying. All you need: 2 ripe bananas and 2 eggs. Mash the bananas until smooth, whisk in the eggs, and cook small pancakes on a lightly greased pan. That’s it. No flour, no sugar, no existential crisis. They’re soft, naturally sweet, and work as breakfast or a “this counts as healthy” dessert.
