<p>Amir Ali (12&rsquo;), Gurjot Singh (36&rsquo;), Anand Sourabh Kushwaha (44&rsquo;) and Ankit Pal (47&rsquo;) scored for India&rsquo;s while Tsubasa Tanaka (26&rsquo;) and Rakusei Yamanaka (57&rsquo;) found the net for Japan.</p>
