<p>A top <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/cricket/article/slc-secy-resigns-following-teams-poor-show-23318288" target="_blank" rel="none noopener"><strong>Sri Lanka</strong></a> cricket official quit Sunday after the country&rsquo;s sports minister Roshan Ranasinghe called for the cricket board to resign, accusing them of corruption following a record World Cup defeat.</p>
