Agartala police detained a man on charges of killing a tea vendor following a heated confrontation in which the vendor refused to provide the guy tea or cigarettes, claiming he owed him 'dues'.

The deceased, identified as Sukhen Das, passed away from his wounds following an attack by the accused using a brick.
