<p><strong><a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/thane-all" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Thane</a></strong> district reported only 1 new case of <strong><a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/mumbai-sees-67-new-covid-19-cases-no-deaths-23254170" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Covid-19</a></strong> on Monday. The fresh case took the infection tally to 1,97,326, according to a bulletin issued by the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC).</p>
<p>According to the civic body, no death related to Covid-19 was reported on Monday, the Covid-19 fatality toll in Thane stands at 2,164.</p>

<p>With addition of the latest coronavirus cases, Thane currently has 117 active cases.</p>
<p>27 Covid-19 patients recovered on November 7, taking the total number of recoveries since the beginning in the city to 1,95,045. The recovery rate in the TMC area is 98.84 per cent.</p><p>
