Ola, Uber drivers' strike in Maharashtra temporarily suspended till July 22

The drivers said they will wait till July 22 for the Maharashtra government to respond to the demands. If the demands are not met by then, the strike will resume from Wednesday

The strike by Ola and Uber cab and rickshaw drivers in Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune was called off on Saturday night.
The drivers said they will wait till July 22 for the Maharashtra government to respond to the demands. If the demands are not met by then, the strike will resume from Wednesday, the drivers said.
The hunger strike launched by Maharashtra Kamgar Sabha president Dr Keshav Nana Kshirsagar, however, has not been called off and will continue.
