The <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/maharashtra-ssc-results-2025-to-be-declared-today-at-1-pm-23541178" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education</a> (MSBSHSE) on Tuesday declared the &nbsp;Maharashtra SSC results 2025, recording a pass percentage of 94.10.
Girls outshone boys, posting an overall pass percentage of 96.14 against 92.31 per cent of boys clearing the exam, the officials said while declaring the Maharashtra SSC results 2025, reported news agency PTI.
Board Chairperson Sharad Gosavi said of the eight divisions, the Konkan division topped the list with 98.82 per cent, while <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/ssc-exams-2025-how-mumbai-is-prepping-for-its-biggest-exam-day-23486824" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Nagpur</a> stood at the bottom with a pass percentage of 90.78 per cent, reported PTI.
Among other divisions, Kolhapur recorded a pass percentage of 96.87 per cent, followed by Mumbai (95.84), Pune (94.82), Nashik (93.04), Amravati (92.95), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (92.82) and Latur (92.77).
According to the board, 15,58,020 students registered for the exam, and 15,46,579 appeared, of which 14,55,433 students passed the exams, held in March-April this year.
Board officials said 100 per cent result was recorded in 32 out of 62 subjects.&nbsp;
The <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/ssc-exams-2025-heres-how-students-can-beat-exam-stress-and-last-minute-anxiety-23486822" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Maharashtra SSC exams 2025</a> were held from February 21 to March 17.&nbsp;
This year&rsquo;s result announcement is one of the earliest in the board&rsquo;s history, owing to the advanced exam schedule. Nearly 16.11 lakh students had registered for the SSC exams.
State board officials said that the original mark sheets will be dispatched to schools a few days after the online result. Students have been asked to collect them from their respective institutions. Details regarding re-evaluation and supplementary exams will be announced soon by the board.

Rechecking and revaluation
Students who wish to verify their marks or obtain photocopies of answer sheets can apply online between May 14 and May 28. Applications must be submitted via the official website, with fees payable through Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking. For revaluation,<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/maharashtra-ssc-exam-panic-over-fake-paper-leak-23488128" target="_blank" rel="none noopener"> students </a>must first apply for photocopies of their answer sheets and submit the revaluation request within five working days of receiving them.
Supplementary exams
Students who pass all subjects will be eligible for the class improvement scheme, allowing them up to three attempts between June-July 2025, February-March 2026, and June-July 2026&mdash;to improve their scores.
Meanwhile, applications for the June&ndash;July 2025 supplementary exams for repeaters, private candidates, and improvement candidates will open online from Thursday, May 15, 2025. &ldquo;A detailed notification will be issued separately,&rdquo; the board officials said.

Steps to check the Maharashtra SSC results 2025 online:
1. Visit any of the websites listed above.
2. Click on 'Maharashtra SSC Result 2025'.
3. Enter your roll number and mother&rsquo;s first name (as per your admit card).
4. Click on "Submit".
5. Your result will appear on the screen.
