Ingredients &gt;&gt; 60 ml Reposado tequila &gt;&gt; 45 ml tomato juice &gt;&gt; 45 ml guava juice &gt;&gt; 15 ml fresh lime juice &gt;&gt; 10 ml lemon juice &gt;&gt; 1 tsp fresh horseradish &gt;&gt; 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce &gt;&gt; 2 dashes tabasco &gt;&gt; 2 pinches celery salt &gt;&gt; A pinch of paprika
Method Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip it into salt to coat the rim. In a shaker, combine all ingredients. Add ice and roll the drink gently between two tins for four to five times. Avoid shaking the drink when rolling. Strain into an ice-filled Collins or highball glass. Top with your choice of garnishes &mdash; celery stalk, lime wedge, or even a pickled chilli for extra punch.
