Singer Calvin Harris reportedly rents out his four-bedroom flat in Glasgow to university students for 400 pounds a room but has been failing to keep up with his duties as a landlord.

According to a source, the 31-year-old, who earned an estimated 43 million pounds last year and was named the world's highest-paid celebrity couple along with his girlfriend Taylor Swift, is so busy with the popstar that he can't take care of his flat on his own, reports a website.
&ldquo;Calvin&rsquo;s so busy he&rsquo;s let a few things slide. One tenant complained he didn&rsquo;t fix a broken fridge for six months,&rdquo; a source said.
Meanwhile, Harris, who previously dated singer Rita Ora, is said to be feeling &ldquo;inspired&rdquo; by his successful girlfriend.
&ldquo;She&rsquo;s the only female on the planet he feels inspired by, because of what she&rsquo;s achieved,&rdquo; the source said.
