Vivek Oberoi and Celina Jaitly were present at an event on Wednesday to announce the venue for IIFA 2011 (an event synonymous with the Bachchans!).<br /><br />Though the location of the IIFA awards in 2010 is still undecided, the 2011 venue has already been announced.<br />u00a0<br />The 12th IIFA will be held in Toronto, Canada. As the event's ambassador, Big B was away in Dubai, his message was conveyed through a pre-recorded video while VO and Celina did the rest of the honours! Strange!<br /><br />
