<td class="infstr" align="middle" width="100"><a class="infstr" href="http://www.mid-day.com/entertainment/2009/nov/041109-informer-3.htm" http: cms.mid-day.com inc blank.htm#?>Next</a></td></tr></tbody></table><br /><br />Shilpa Shetty's restaurant group in London has won the case against their employee Jamal Hirani. <br /><br />Last month, he was asking more than u00a31.5 million from Shilpa's company, V8G, in the industrial tribunal, claiming constructive dismissal.<br />u00a0<br />Apart from a very modest holiday upgrade payment of u00a31323 (to which V8G had already agreed) Hirani's claim was rejected by the tribunal. <br /><br />Shilpa Shetty says, "I am pleased with the tribunal's decision which was never in doubt in Raj's and my mind."<br />u00a0<br />It was also found that the employers had reasonable and proper cause for their actions concerning the suspension of Hirani.<br /><br />
