Another loss to the film industry — actor-director Lalit Behl succumbed to COVID-19. He made his film debut with son Kanu’s Titli (2014), followed by Mukti Bhawan, Made in Heaven and Judgementall Hai Kya.

His Mukti Bhawan co-star Adil Hussain tweeted, “Extremely saddened by the demise of one of my dearest and most respected co-actors, Lalit Behl jee, who, so brilliantly played the father in @MuktiBhawan. I feel the loss of my father again. Dear Kanu, I am so sorry for your loss.”
